Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a passionate and experienced AI/HPC Systems Engineer to join their fast-growing team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in developing and leading Pure's AI and HPC business within the Asia Pacific and Japan region. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AI and HPC technologies, coupled with a strong understanding of customer business objectives. They will be responsible for enhancing the knowledge of Pure's account teams and partners in the AI and HPC space, ensuring effective qualification and positioning of opportunities. This position requires cross-functional collaboration and the ability to multitask across various clients and sales engagements.

Role involves:
  • Partnering with account managers and channel partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Developing customer-facing content for AI and HPC opportunities.
  • Advising leadership on strategies to enhance Pure's market position.
  • Leading customer calls, demos, and POCs.
  • Translating customer needs into innovative solutions.
  • Contributing to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
  • Liaising with product and technical marketing.
  • Staying current with the competition and market trends.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in the data center field.
  • Technical pre-sales experience.
  • Strong acumen in the Datacenter space.
  • Deep understanding of AI frameworks, high-performance compute solutions, and accelerated compute environments.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, Linux, NFS file systems, and containers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to travel as required.
