Pure Storage is seeking a Commercial Systems Engineer in Zurich, Switzerland, to support the commercial sales team. The role involves being a technical sales advisor who demonstrates the technical benefits of Pure Storage’s solutions to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Pure Storage’s commercial sales team.
  • Assist prospects and customers with demonstrations and system configurations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email.
  • Provide technical leadership on storage products and architectures.
  • Provide technical knowledge to Account Executives.
  • Work with sizing tools to provide product performance solutions.
  • Apply critical thinking to customer situations.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Support, and Product Management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated communication and product presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Swiss-German and English.
  • 2+ years of experience in the technology industry.
  • Knowledge of storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS, SAN).
  • Knowledge of VMware, Windows, UNIX OS variants, NFS.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • BS in CS, EE, or equivalent experience.
