Job Description
The Director Systems Engineering (SED) at Pure Storage will lead a team of technical sales professionals, supporting strategic customers across Europe. This role involves driving technical pre-sales activities, aligning with company goals, and ensuring customer success. The SED will mentor and develop the Systems Engineering team, providing training and performance coaching. They will also engage with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical pre-sales or SE leadership role.
- Strong technical background with expertise in storage solutions and related technologies.
- Excellent leadership, team coaching, and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Understanding of customer needs.
