Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a District Manager to lead a team of account executives in Tokyo. The District Manager will be responsible for building and developing a team, creating and executing sales plans, and establishing strong relationships with channel partners. The role involves:
  • Leading and inspiring a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Recruiting direct and aligned reporting roles.
  • Managing team performance related to KPIs.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners.
  • Driving sales call activity and ensuring quota attainment.
  • Performance management of the team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years field sales management experience in storage or core IT infrastructure.
  • Experience selling to IT departments and IT management.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of recruitment and associate development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail and process oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment.
  • Ability to coordinate Pure Storage resources to execute sales strategy.
  • Ability to use CRM and other online tools effectively.
