Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a District Manager to lead a team of account executives in Tokyo. The District Manager will be responsible for building and developing a team, creating and executing sales plans, and establishing strong relationships with channel partners. The role involves:
- Leading and inspiring a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Recruiting direct and aligned reporting roles.
- Managing team performance related to KPIs.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners.
- Driving sales call activity and ensuring quota attainment.
- Performance management of the team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years field sales management experience in storage or core IT infrastructure.
- Experience selling to IT departments and IT management.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of recruitment and associate development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized, detail and process oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and use good judgment.
- Ability to coordinate Pure Storage resources to execute sales strategy.
- Ability to use CRM and other online tools effectively.
