Pure Storage is seeking a Field Solution Architect to focus on Analytics & AI solutions in Tokyo. This role involves creating field-facing content, presenting at webinars/events, and participating in customer engagements.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating field facing solutions content
  • Presenting webinars/events
  • Participating in customer facing calls and demos
  • Staying abreast of advancements in product offerings
  • Roadmap participation/influence
  • Providing daily Slack enablement
  • Participating/overseeing field testing
  • Post sales assists/troubleshooting
  • Partnering with Sales Leaders for feedback
  • Inspiring and motivating the field
  • Cross-functional engagement
  • Communicating, connecting, and aligning people
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field / equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of Pre-sales experience in IT
  • Strong technical acumen in the Analytics & AI space
  • Understanding of infrastructure (servers, networking, storage)
  • Experience as a technical evangelist
  • Knowledge of Analytics & AI product solutions
  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with G-Suite, CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the Analytics & AI landscape (Splunk, Elastic Search, Kafka, Spark, Snowflake, Vertica, TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Ability to travel
