Pure Storage is seeking a Sales Development Representative for their ANZ market, based in Melbourne, Australia. This role is within the Inside Sales Organization (ISO), which focuses on increasing Field Sales productivity and developing future sales leaders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, sourcing leads, qualifying opportunities, and presenting virtual presentations.

The role involves:

  • Prospecting in Australia & New Zealand to identify new opportunities.
  • Qualifying leads and setting appointments for field counterparts.
  • Conducting research on key target accounts.
  • Executing outbound call campaigns.
  • Supporting opportunities until the quoting stage.
  • Qualifying marketing-generated leads.
  • Driving attendance to partner events.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives.
  • Maintaining communication with Marketing.
  • Staying updated on storage trends and competitor news.
  • Using sales enablement tools like Salesforce.com.

Requirements include:

  • Proven record of exceeding quota in Australia & New Zealand.
  • Ability to prioritize sales activities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in storage.
  • Legal authorization to work in Australia.
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent.
