Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Americas Sales Enablement to support account executives and drive revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement enablement programs. The Senior Program Manager will work closely with sales leadership, product marketing, and sales operations to enhance sales effectiveness and improve pipeline management. They will also monitor training effectiveness, conduct skills gap analyses, and provide coaching to sales teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Americas sales leadership to develop enablement programs.
  • Create and deliver ongoing sales training.
  • Support the development of targeted sales enablement programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales training.
  • Design and implement continuous learning strategies.
  • Ensure the sales team understands the Pure as-a-service model.
  • Create and implement advanced sales strategies.
  • Conduct skills gap analyses.
  • Implement and optimize the utilization of sales tools.
  • Offer personalized coaching to the sales teams.

Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales enablement.
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS sector.
  • Previous leadership roles in sales enablement.
  • Success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
