Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Technical Value Management Director to align the company's technical capabilities with customers’ business objectives. This role involves collaborating with Account SEs to demonstrate the strategic advantages of Pure's solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze customer environments, identify areas for improvement, and build compelling value propositions that highlight measurable benefits.

Role involves:
  • Leading a multi-disciplined technical team in engagement with clients.
  • Completing rapid iterative assessments to quantify current state pain points.
  • Developing proposals and potentially responding to RFPs.
  • Delivering current and future state architectures.
  • Creating implementation plans in conjunction with the CX organization.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in value-based technical sales.
  • Proven track record of working at CxO level.
  • Expertise in consulting-led client engagements with Fortune 500 companies.
  • Knowledge of application environments, database management, networking infrastructure, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience in defining operating and business metrics.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
