Job Description

Tide is seeking an FP&A Manager to partner with their India business, focusing on driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role involves providing actionable insights to support growth plans in the Indian market.

The FP&A Manager will report to the Head of Finance IN and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize resource allocation and improve financial efficiency.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading financial planning for the India segment.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to track execution against targets.
  • Serving as the primary finance partner to the India Leadership team.
  • Developing financial models to evaluate costs and growth opportunities.
  • Providing variance analysis and performance metrics.
  • Supporting scenario planning and strategic financial projects.
  • Reviewing work completed by FP&A Analysts.
  • Coaching and mentoring Analysts.
  • Developing and implementing policies and controls.
  • Implementing continuous process improvements.
  • Working with FP&A and Transformation teams to drive financial planning system roadmap items.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A or finance business partnering.
  • Experience working with regional leadership teams in the Indian market.
  • Strong financial modelling skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Track record of developing process improvements.
  • Attention to detail and focus on cost control.
  • Personable with ability to build working relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with financial planning software (e.g., Anaplan) and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker).
  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or mathematics.
