Tide is seeking an Internal Fraud Risk Manager to join their team and assist in the development of a new internal fraud team. The Internal Fraud Risk Manager will be responsible for assisting in the development of a new team at Tide focusing on internal fraud. This role is global and will work closely with both the 1st and 2nd Line of Defence.

This role will report to the Head of Internal Fraud and work with stakeholders such as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the Director of Financial Crime Risk and the CISO. Tide is a rapidly growing company that is expanding into new markets.

Role Involves:
  • Assiting in the development, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive internal fraud risk management framework.
  • Conducting internal fraud risk assessments to proactively identify, assess and mitigate fraud risks across the organisation.
  • Working closely with leadership to design and implement strategies to prevent internal fraud, including policies and preventive controls.
  • Monitoring internal fraud risk across the organisation through the design and implementation of KRIs and KPIs.
  • Assisting in the design and delivery of internal fraud training and awareness initiatives across Tide.
  • Conducting and managing internal fraud investigations in line with industry best practice.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in internal fraud risk management and investigations.
  • Subject matter expert in internal fraud.
  • Relevant qualifications including Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certificate in Fraud Risk Management (CFRM), ICA Diploma in Fraud Risk Management / Financial Crime Prevention, Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), accountancy qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
  • Experience in working in multiple geographies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
