Tide is seeking a People Partner to join their team in Delhi NCR, India. Tide is a finance platform dedicated to saving small businesses time and money, offering business accounts and administrative solutions. The company has a global presence with over 1 million users and offices in multiple countries.
The People Partner will focus on enhancing employee experience and maintaining high productivity within the non-tech functions. They will report to the People Partner Lead.
Role involves:
Improving service delivery and customer service through policy recommendations.
Partnering with managers to deliver core processes like performance reviews and engagement action plans.
Coaching managers on performance, growth, and career plans for their team members.
Advising on employee relations issues and providing expertise to solve them.
Supporting employee lifecycle management, including onboarding and terminations.
Supporting the roll out of new people initiatives and projects.
Championing Tide's values as a cultural ambassador.
Requirements:
4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup and a global MNC.
Strong knowledge of IN employment legislation.
Proficiency in Excel and data-driven analysis.
Experience across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
Track record of running initiatives and increasing employee engagement.
Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Comfortable in a fast-moving company with changing priorities.
