People Partner

Job Description

Tide is seeking a People Partner to join their team in Delhi NCR, India. Tide is a finance platform dedicated to saving small businesses time and money, offering business accounts and administrative solutions. The company has a global presence with over 1 million users and offices in multiple countries.

The People Partner will focus on enhancing employee experience and maintaining high productivity within the non-tech functions. They will report to the People Partner Lead.

Role involves:

• Improving service delivery and customer service through policy recommendations.
• Partnering with managers to deliver core processes like performance reviews and engagement action plans.
• Coaching managers on performance, growth, and career plans for their team members.
• Advising on employee relations issues and providing expertise to solve them.
• Supporting employee lifecycle management, including onboarding and terminations.
• Supporting the roll out of new people initiatives and projects.
• Championing Tide's values as a cultural ambassador.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a startup and a global MNC.
• Strong knowledge of IN employment legislation.
• Proficiency in Excel and data-driven analysis.
• Experience across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Track record of running initiatives and increasing employee engagement.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving company with changing priorities.
• Familiarity with Lattice and BambooHR is a plus.
