Tide is seeking a People Partner to support the Product & Engineering teams in Hyderabad, India. This role involves improving service delivery, partnering with managers on core HR processes, and providing coaching and advice on employee relations. The People Partner will also support employee lifecycle management and champion Tide's values.
Responsibilities:
Improving service delivery and customer service.
Partnering with managers on performance reviews, growth management, and engagement survey action plans.
Coaching managers on performance, growth objectives, and career plans.
