Job Description

Tide is seeking a People Partner to support the Product & Engineering teams in Hyderabad, India. This role involves improving service delivery, partnering with managers on core HR processes, and providing coaching and advice on employee relations. The People Partner will also support employee lifecycle management and champion Tide's values.

Responsibilities:

  • Improving service delivery and customer service.
  • Partnering with managers on performance reviews, growth management, and engagement survey action plans.
  • Coaching managers on performance, growth objectives, and career plans.
  • Acting as an advisor on employee relations.
  • Supporting employee lifecycle management processes.
  • Advising managers on non-employee processes.
  • Supporting the roll out of new people initiatives and projects.
  • Being a cultural ambassador for Tide's values.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-growing startup and a global MNC.
  • Knowledge of IN employment legislation and some experience with global compliance.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data-driven analysis.
  • Experience across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proven track record of running initiatives and increasing employee engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills.
  • Resourceful approach to resolving HR issues.
  • Attention to detail and focus on delivery and quality.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving company.
  • Familiarity with Lattice and BambooHR (Preferred).
