Job Description
Tide is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate and enablement positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The Senior Recruiter will develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, conduct interviews and assessments, and provide expert guidance to hiring managers. They will also be responsible for data accuracy in the ATS, analyzing pipeline data, and building strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies
  • Conducting interviews and assessments
  • Ensuring data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Analysing pipeline data
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Requirements for the role include:
  • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition
  • A proven track record of hiring top-tier corporate talent
  • Experience hiring in international markets including London, Sofia and Lithuania
  • Experience working in high-growth, scale-up environments.
  • Strong business acumen
  • Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive talent
  • The ability to build and sustain robust recruitment pipelines
  • A demonstrated ability to consistently meet hiring targets
  • A passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
  • A data-driven mindset
  • Resilience and tenacity
  • German language knowledge is a strong plus
