Tide is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for technology and product roles. The role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies, conducting candidate assessments, maintaining data accuracy in the ATS, and analyzing pipeline data. The Senior Talent Partner collaborates with stakeholders, delivers hiring targets, and ensures a positive candidate experience.
  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technology & product roles
  • Developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify, attract & nurture top talent
  • Conducting Interviews and candidate assessments
  • Maintaining data accuracy & integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Analysing pipeline data, identify patterns, generate insights, and leverage data to influence sourcing strategies and hiring decisions
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition
  • Experience working in high-growth scale-up environments
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology talent landscape
  • Experience sourcing and engaging passive talent through multiple channels
  • A proven ability to deliver hiring targets, while maintaining quality
