Job Description

Tide is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment for technology and product roles. The Talent Partner will develop and execute sourcing strategies, conduct interviews, and maintain data accuracy in the ATS. They will also analyze pipeline data, build stakeholder relationships, and deliver hiring targets.

Role Involves:

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technology & product roles
  • Developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify, attract & nurture top talent
  • Conducting Interviews and candidate assessments
  • Maintaining data accuracy in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Analysing pipeline data and leveraging data to influence sourcing strategies and hiring decisions
  • Developing strong stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, preferably in-house
  • A proven track record of hiring technical and product talent
  • Experience working in high-growth scale-up environments
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the technology talent landscape
  • Experience sourcing and engaging passive talent through multiple channels
  • The ability to build sustainable and healthy recruitment pipelines
  • A proven ability to deliver hiring targets, while maintaining quality
  • A passion for candidate experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
  • A data-driven approach
  • Resilience, tenacity, and the ability to not give up when faced with adversity
