Job Description
Tide is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager in Germany to enhance the company's external reputation through PR, social media, and content strategy. The ideal candidate will create engaging content to grow Tide's following and support the acquisition and engagement of Tide members. This role involves collaborating with international teams and working with marketing, engagement, finance, legal, and customer support teams to develop social and content campaigns.
- Managing and creating copy for the German social media calendar.
- Bringing complex topics to life through skilled storytelling.
- Spotlighting Tide members through engaging stories.
- Measuring and reporting on campaign performance.
- Supporting internal teams with external social and content campaigns.
What Tide is looking for:
- 6-10 years of experience in managing consumer and corporate social media and content strategies.
- Proven expertise in platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- A natural flair for writing with a confident, engaging, and positive tone.
- Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Figma, GSuite, and WordPress.
- Native fluency in written and spoken German.
