Job Description

Tide is seeking a Talent Partner to join its growing team in Hyderabad, India. Tide is a finance platform designed for small businesses, offering business accounts and administrative solutions. The company has over 1 million small business users across the world and is available in UK, India and Germany.

The Talent Partner will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technology and product roles. The role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and maintaining data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Role Involves:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment for non-tech & product roles
  • Developing and executing sourcing strategies
  • Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
  • Maintaining data accuracy in ATS
  • Analyzing pipeline data and leveraging data for hiring decisions
  • Developing strong stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of talent acquisition experience
  • Experience hiring non-technical and product talent
  • Experience in high-growth scale-up environments
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience sourcing passive talent
  • Ability to build sustainable recruitment pipelines
  • Proven ability to deliver hiring targets
