Tide is seeking a Treasury Manager to join their team. The Treasury team operates as the first line of defense, playing a crucial role in maintaining financial health, ensuring efficient treasury operations, and driving Tide's growth. This role involves optimizing financial resources, managing financial risks, and ensuring robust

The Treasury Manager will report to the Head of Treasury Operations and will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the Treasury Subject-Matter-Expert for regulatory requirements and local financial opportunities.
  • Performing weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash forecasts, analysing variances and trends.
  • Evaluating local funding needs and capital requirements, collaborating with Group Treasury to optimise for these needs.
  • Managing and monitoring wholesale credit limits to ensure adequate liquidity for operations while minimising counterparty risk.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local banking partners.
  • Supervising the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and ensuring banking relationships comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Executing and overseeing all payment and transfer activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant policies.
  • Managing collateral requirements, including monitoring collateral positions.

Ideal candidate should possess:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with Treasury Operations and Cash Management
  • Prior experience in financial services – preferably in technology-driven & scale-up environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cash-flow forecasting, flow of funds and payment systems
  • Experience overseeing controls and mitigating operational and financial risk
  • Experience with SAP Cash Management system
  • Experience utilising BI reporting tools (Looker/Power BI/Tableau etc) is desirable
  • Experience managing and leading operations across multiple locations and countries
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
