Product Analyst-MAM

Job Description

Tide is seeking a Product Analyst to join their Member Accession Marketing team in Delhi NCR, India. The Product Analyst will focus on product analysis and optimization, product discovery and opportunity sourcing, and product experimentation. This role involves conducting deep dives into product data to identify user pain points and proposing actionable solutions.

Tide is a business management platform designed to save small businesses time and money. They provide members with business accounts and connected administrative solutions.

Role Involves:

• Conducting hypothesis-driven deep dives into existing product data.
• Leading hypothesis-driven exploration to uncover new product opportunities.
• Leading product experimentation efforts.
• Collaborating with product teams to establish and measure KPIs.
• Translating conversion and revenue goals into business KPIs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analytics.
• Strong SQL/Python proficiency.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with key product metrics.
• Experience capturing stakeholder requirements.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
