Senior Business Finance Specialist (Funding Options - UK Sales)

Tide is seeking a Senior Business Finance Specialist to join their Sales Team, focusing on Funding Options and UK Sales. This role involves helping small businesses access the right finance through effective conversations and understanding their needs. The ideal candidate will match customers with the best product and lender, providing a 5-star customer service experience.

The role is based in Delhi NCR, India, and involves working with UK SMEs to provide financial solutions through Funding Options, which is now part of the Tide family. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting UK SMEs to secure the right finance for their business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Contact, engage, and manage small business customers through their application process.
• Build and nurture working relationships with commercial lending partners.
• Articulate the Funding Options proposition and service.
• Outbound prospect customers from the CRM.
• Work closely with the Lead Generation team, providing feedback and advice.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of lenders and products in the market.
• Articulate different finance options available to customers.
• Maintain accurate information in Salesforce.
• Monitor industry trends and share successes.

Requirements:

• Experience in Commercial Finance or a customer-facing sales role.
• Experience working in a 360 sales role and/or outbound prospecting.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding revenue-based targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented work ethic with attention to detail.
• Obsessive about delivering high-level customer service.
• Well-organized, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
• Self-starter who works backwards from targets.
