Tide is seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer to join their team in Romania. This role involves designing, creating, and running the product catalogue within one of Tide's business areas. The Senior Engineer will have the opportunity to influence engineering practices in a rapidly growing company and make technical decisions that impact multiple teams. Responsibilities:
- Learning and sharing knowledge with fellow engineers on new technologies.
- Working on new and existing products, solving interesting problems.
- Connecting with less experienced engineers, offering mentorship and support.
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary agile team to translate requirements into solutions.
- Participating in the Flutter Community of Practice to improve processes.
Requirements:
- Experience with Flutter as a Software Engineer.
- Familiarity with Flutter libraries and tools.
- Passion for building high-quality products in agile teams.
- Experience with automation tests and writing testable code.
- Experience building high-performance user interfaces and complex Mobile apps.
