Tide is seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer to join its team in Serbia. The successful candidate will work on designing, creating, and running the product catalogue within one of Tide's business areas. They will also have the opportunity to influence engineering practices and make technical decisions that impact multiple teams.
The Senior Flutter Engineer will collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, architects, engineers, and other business members to translate requirements into well-engineered solutions. They will also participate in the Flutter Community of Practices and contribute to improving processes and maintaining high quality across the team.

Role Involves:
- Learning and sharing knowledge of new technologies.
- Working on new and existing products for Tide's Business Areas.
- Connecting with less experienced engineers and collaborating with the team.
- Translating requirements into well-engineered solutions.
- Improving processes and maintaining high quality across the team.
Requirements:
- Working experience with Flutter as a Software Engineer.
- Experience with popular Flutter libraries, tools and its lifecycle.
- Passion for building great products in small, autonomous, agile teams.
- A passion for automation tests and experience writing testable code.
- Experience building sleek, high-performance user interfaces.
