Job Description
Tide is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive Finance IT Transformation. This role involves shaping the future of finance at a leading Fintech company. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with the VP Finance and CFO to build scalable systems. The role is based in Lithuania and offers many benefits like flexible workplace model that supports both in-person and remote work.

Role involves:
  • Developing and owning the vision for upgrading Tide’s financial processes and systems
  • Leading the implementation of ERP, FP&A, and HR management systems
  • Creating and managing OKRs for finance teams
  • Building strong relationships with software partners
  • Playing a key role in shaping Tide’s finance and people systems
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or systems implementation
  • Proven success in leading finance and people teams through large-scale change programs
  • Experience migrating from Xero to enterprise SaaS financial ledgers is a strong advantage
  • Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • A data-driven mindset
