Job Description
Tide is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Finance IT Transformation. This role involves working closely with the VP Finance and CFO to build scalable, innovative systems. The candidate will play a key role in shaping future finance and people systems as Tide expands into new markets and scales operations. The Senior Product Manager - Finance IT Transformation will:
  • Develop and own the vision for upgrading Tide’s financial processes, systems, and controls.
  • Lead the implementation of ERP, FP&A, HR management, and other critical systems.
  • Create and manage OKRs for finance teams.
  • Build strong operational and commercial relationships with software partners.
Tide is looking for someone who has:
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or systems implementation.
  • Proven success in leading finance and people teams through large-scale change programs.
  • Experience migrating from Xero to enterprise SaaS financial ledgers (e.g., SAP S4, Workday, Netsuite).
  • Exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • A data-driven mindset.
  • Resilience and adaptability.
