Senior Product Manager- Invoice

Job Description

Tide is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Invoicing & Expenses team. Tide is a finance platform for small businesses, offering business accounts and administrative solutions. This role involves shaping the product strategy and roadmap for invoicing and expense management, aiming to simplify these processes for mSMEs.

The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks, define goals, and measure performance. They will also be responsible for building alignment on plans and progress with stakeholders and the leadership team.

Role involves:

• Making high-quality decisions on product strategy and execution.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to set priorities and create roadmaps.
• Organizing work and shipping products with high velocity.
• Defining goals and measuring performance to evaluate product value.
• Building alignment on priorities, plans, and progress.
• Inspiring and influencing others to solve problems and seize opportunities.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in product management.
• Domain knowledge in fintech, payments, accounting, tax, or related fields.
• Experience leading and collaborating in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized and consistent in quality execution
