Job Description

Tide is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Continuous KYC to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for post-onboarding KYX activities. The role involves managing periodic and event-driven reviews, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with regulations.

Role Involves:

  • Defining and executing the product vision for Continuous KYC.
  • Championing the customer experience throughout the ongoing KYC lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with risk and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements.
  • Analyzing customer data and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicating product strategy and roadmap to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience building products and working with KYC/AML.
  • Deep understanding of KYC regulations and best practices.
  • Experience designing and delivering customer-centric products in a digital environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product development tools.
  • Familiarity with financial services and the regulatory landscape (preferred).
  • Proven experience working with design teams to create exceptional user experiences.
