Job Description

Tide is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Partner Credit Services team. This role is based in Hyderabad, India. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for driving a customer-first credit experience. The candidate will work for Tide, a business management platform designed for small businesses.

The Role Involves:

  • Owning the end-to-end strategy and roadmap.
  • Taking accountability for outcomes and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Aligning global stakeholders and managing dependencies.
  • Managing the full product lifecycle.
  • Defining success metrics and using insights to guide decisions.
  • Advocating for the customer and improving the product experience.
  • Staying informed on market trends and competitive insights.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of product management experience in credit, lending, or fintech.
  • Strong customer empathy.
  • A proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • A history of launching products with measurable impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to bring structure.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of unit economics.
