Tide is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to join its Payments Product Operations team, focusing on the France market. This role involves collaboration with various teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a background in Consulting, Operations, Finance, or Technology and will play a key role in shaping Payments Operations in Europe.
The Senior Product Operations Manager will work with Product Managers to manage cross-functional technical projects, engage with external partners on SLAs, and present research to internal and external audiences. They will also act as the voice of the customer, providing support to other operations teams worldwide and guiding the operations community towards continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Product Managers to manage cross functional technical projects
- Engaging with external partners to agree on SLAs and performance
- Interacting with VP level and presenting research to internal and external audiences
- Acting as the voice of the customer
- Providing support to the rest of Operations worldwide
- Guiding the operations community towards constant improvement
Requirements:
- At least six years of work experience in finance, consulting, technology or operations
- Fluency in both English and French
- Good understanding of the financial markets in Europe, and France
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail
