Job Description

Tide is looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join their Experience Foundations team. The Senior Visual Designer will focus on evolving Tide's global platform's end-to-end user experiences.

The role involves building a world-class connected experience across the organization, reimagining the visual look and feel of the app, and leading the future of the brand. The Senior Visual Designer will work on high-quality visual assets and cohesive design systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality visual assets.
  • Create visually stunning and cohesive design systems.
  • Ensure all digital assets are aligned with the brand's identity.
  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final design assets.
  • Optimize UI designs for responsiveness and usability across various screen sizes and devices.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, UI design, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing digital products.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and/or other industry-standard software.
  • Good understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks (a plus).
  • Experience with motion design and prototyping tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle) is preferred.
  • Experience working in/with design systems
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
