Senior User Researcher, Partner Credit Services at Careers at Tide

Tide is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their Partner Credit Services team. The role involves conducting end-to-end research projects within the credit market to enhance user experience and drive business growth. The Senior UX Researcher will deliver high-quality studies, provide actionable insights, promote Human-centred design, and contribute to operational excellence. This role involves fieldwork, data analysis, and consulting with business partners, while collaborating with designers, developers, and product teams to build a world-class financial platform.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and running research activities.
• Working with business stakeholders to scope and prioritize research requests.
• Consulting on a variety of user research methods.
• Conducting moderated studies to understand customer needs.
• Analyzing data from fieldwork and making recommendations.
• Managing external agencies for participant recruitment.
• Collaborating with teams to identify user-driven innovations and improvements.
• Defining standards and best practices in user research.
• Presenting project findings to the wider business.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with diverse research methods.
• Strong skills in designing experiments, studies, and research questions.
• Proficient in behavioral analysis, data collection, and moderation.
• Skilled at analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Experience working with digital product teams.
• Strong communication skills.
