Senior User Researcher, Partner Credit Services

Job Description

Tide is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join their Partner Credit Services team. This role focuses on enhancing user experience and driving business growth within the credit market. The Senior UX Researcher will be responsible for conducting end-to-end research projects, providing actionable insights, and promoting human-centered design.

The role involves collaborating with designers, developers, and product teams to build a financial platform. The Senior User Researcher will work with business stakeholders to scope and prioritize research requests, delivering high-quality studies to enhance user experience and drive business growth.

The role involves:

• Planning and running research activities as a hands-on practitioner.
• Consulting on a variety of user research methods.
• Conducting moderated studies to understand customer needs.
• Analyzing data from fieldwork and making recommendations.
• Managing external agencies for participant recruitment.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to synthesize business insights.
• Defining standards and best practices in user research.
• Presenting project findings to the wider business.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with diverse research methods.
• Experience working with digital product teams, especially in start-ups or scale-ups.
• Strong skills in designing experiments, studies, and research questions.
• Proficient in behavioral analysis, data collection, and moderation.
• Skilled at analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, with expertise in data visualization.
• Effective at managing stakeholders and aligning research to company objectives.
• Strong project planning and resource management skills.
• Strong communication skills, including workshop planning and facilitation.
