PitchBook is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Editorial team as part of the Institutional Research Group, focusing on Healthcare and Life Sciences coverage. This role is based in Seattle, Washington. The Senior Analyst will contribute to PitchBook’s private market healthcare coverage by tracking venture capital and private equity deal activity, market trends, and product innovation.
The candidate will
- Publish quarterly updates focusing on trends in Healthcare Services and Healthtech.
- Manage direct-to-client distribution channels.
- Engage with investor and corporate clients to support thesis development.
- Manage and maintain relevant datasets on the PitchBook platform.
- Contribute to streamlining internal processes and shaping research offerings.
- Serve as a research point of contact for speaking engagements and press requests.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of research experience in equity research, investment banking, venture capital, or related financial services.
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare Services and Healthcare Technology.
- Demonstrated experience writing investment research.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
