The engineer will focus on improving platform resilience, enhancing monitoring, and streamlining incident management. The Staff Backend Engineer will contribute to building a more resilient platform and enabling the organization with better monitoring and incident management. They will work across teams to ensure system reliability and accountability, automate repetitive tasks, improve internal libraries, drive observability approaches, and help streamline the incident management process.
