Job Description

Tide, a business management platform for small businesses, is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to support their Senior Affiliates Marketing Manager during a period of significant expansion in Germany. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in optimizing large-scale affiliate channels within the German market and demonstrate a commercial mindset to identify new opportunities. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be a financial services affiliate expert, familiar with major players in the German market and key partners.

The role involves growing the channel and preparing it for continued growth. The candidate will be comfortable taking on new challenges and learning on the job.

Role Involves:

  • Assisting the Senior Affiliates Marketing Manager with growing and running the Tide affiliate program in Germany
  • Supporting new Tide product launches
  • Managing existing affiliate partners and maintaining commercial relationships
  • Managing the onboarding of new affiliate partners
  • Resolving transaction queries through a third-party affiliate network
  • Negotiating with potential publishers to reduce CPA
  • Improving customer quality delivered by the channel
  • Identifying new partnership opportunities with high-traffic websites
  • Inputting into strategy to increase revenue through affiliate channels
  • Designing and implementing new tests to lower CPA
  • Working cross-functionally with the wider marketing team and related teams
  • Using a data-driven methodology to improve channel efficiency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience managing an affiliate program
  • 3+ years running affiliate programmes in Germany
  • 3+ years of experience with Impact and/or other similar affiliate networks
  • Experience in financial technology/banking
  • Team player with strong personal skills and experience of working cross-functionally
  • Experience of managing European affiliate programmes is desirable
  • Test-and-learn mindset
  • Comfortable with using data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
