Job Description

Tide is seeking a Business Development Executive to join their team in Hyderabad, India. Tide is a business management platform designed for small businesses, offering business accounts and administrative solutions. The Business Development Executive will be entrepreneurial, target-oriented, and passionate about helping small businesses.

The Business Development Executive will work in a fast-paced environment and should have an interest in the fintech industry. They will be responsible for achieving revenue goals, handling objections, and maintaining an excellent telephone manner. The ideal candidate will possess commercial awareness and be comfortable with field sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Converting potential members who have downloaded the Tide app into full-fledged Tide Members.
  • Upselling relevant products or services to existing members to help them thrive.
  • Sourcing own leads and recommending relevant products and services.
  • Providing support and coaching to members during the setup process.

Requirements:

  • Passionate, driven, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Previous customer service or telesales experience.
  • Comfortable with constant change and troubleshooting.
  • Team player with the ability to complete ad-hoc tasks.
  • Self-motivated and conscientious.
  • Ability to listen, learn, and adapt to feedback.
