Tide is seeking a Business Services Team Lead to join their team in Hyderabad, India. This role involves managing agents, assigning tasks, mentoring employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Role involves:
  • Managing agents and assisting with difficult cases.
  • Assigning tasks and organizing workload.
  • Mentoring employees and supporting their career growth.
  • Analyzing data, identifying patterns, and improving processes.
  • Creating schedules and handling planning tasks.
  • Liaising between different departments and teams.
  • Participating in recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Assisting with escalated member queries.
  • Gathering product feedback from business areas.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support team lead role.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Proficiency in industry tools like Kustomer, GSuite, Jira, and Looker.
  • Significant team management, leadership, or coaching experience.
  • Passion for problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in customer service for the finance industry.
