Tide is seeking a Collections Specialist to join its dynamic Collections Team. The Collections Specialist will play a crucial role in providing support to Tide members by managing arrears in line with Collections Policies and developing successful repayment plans.

The role involves:

  • Providing essential support to Tide's members.
  • Managing arrears in line with the Collections Policies.
  • Developing successful repayment plans with Tide's members.
  • Updating corresponding logs and reports.
  • Documenting actions and decisions diligently.

Tide is looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  • The ability to easily empathise with people.
  • Previous retail or other customer-related experience.
  • The ability to manage your time well.
  • Strong negotiation and reasoning skills.
  • Strong desire to succeed.
