Tide is seeking a Collections Specialist to join its dynamic Collections Team. The Collections Specialist will play a crucial role in providing support to Tide members by managing arrears in line with Collections Policies and developing successful repayment plans.
The role involves:
- Providing essential support to Tide's members.
- Managing arrears in line with the Collections Policies.
- Developing successful repayment plans with Tide's members.
- Updating corresponding logs and reports.
- Documenting actions and decisions diligently.
Tide is looking for a candidate who possesses:
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
- The ability to easily empathise with people.
- Previous retail or other customer-related experience.
- The ability to manage your time well.
- Strong negotiation and reasoning skills.
- Strong desire to succeed.
