Tide is seeking a Collections Specialist to join its dynamic Collections Team. The Collections Specialist will play a crucial role in providing support to Tide members by managing arrears in line with Collections Policies and developing successful repayment plans.
The role involves:
Providing essential support to Tide's members.
Managing arrears in line with the Collections Policies.
Developing successful repayment plans with Tide's members.
Updating corresponding logs and reports.
Documenting actions and decisions diligently.
Tide is looking for a candidate who possesses:
Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
The ability to easily empathise with people.
Previous retail or other customer-related experience.
The ability to manage your time well.
Strong negotiation and reasoning skills.
Strong desire to succeed.
