The company, headquartered in London with offices in Sofia, Hyderabad, Delhi, Berlin and Belgrade, is rapidly expanding its products and markets. The Customer Service Specialist will support German-speaking businesses, ensuring they succeed by providing around-the-clock assistance. The role involves addressing banking challenges, mentoring team members, and contributing to back-office tasks.

Role involves:

  • Identifying and highlighting areas for process improvement.
  • Managing priorities to deliver excellent member support.
  • Addressing complex banking issues.
  • Mentoring new team members.
  • Assisting with back-office tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent German language skills (spoken and written).
  • Good English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in industry tools like Kustomer, GSuite, and Jira.
  • Confidence in communicating with customers.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the finance industry and startups.
