Tide is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join their team in Bulgaria. Tide is a business management platform dedicated to saving small businesses time and money by providing business accounts and connected administrative solutions. As an Onboarding Support Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for converting potential leads into Tide members by guiding them through the onboarding process. The role involves answering questions, highlighting Tide's benefits, and collaborating with the KYC team to resolve documentation issues. The candidate should also be comfortable upselling additional Tide products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling potential members to guide them through the signup process.
  • Answering questions and highlighting Tide's benefits.
  • Working with the KYC team to resolve documentation issues.
  • Upselling additional Tide products and services.

Requirements:

  • Native-level proficiency in spoken and written German.
  • Previous customer service or telesales experience.
  • Focused on revenue and upselling.
  • Self-starter and target-driven.
  • Comfortable adapting to change.
  • Member-first mentality.
  • Self-motivated and conscientious.
  • Knowledge of compliance, KYC, AML, and associated regulations or previous FinTech experience is an advantage.
  • Experience using Zendesk or similar and Predictive (or power) dialer is an advantage.
