They will guide them through the process, answer questions, highlight Tide's benefits, and convert them into full-fledged members. The role also involves working with the KYC team to ensure proper documentation and troubleshooting issues. The specialist will also utilize upselling skills to offer a range of Tide products to prospective leads.
