Tide is seeking a Customer Service Specialist with German to join their team. The role involves providing support to German-speaking customers, identifying areas for improvement, and tackling banking challenges.

Responsibilities include:

  • Spotting patterns and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Managing priorities to ensure the best support experience for members.
  • Handling banking challenges such as unfamiliar transactions and missing payments.
  • Mentoring new team members and assisting with back-office tasks.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Excellent spoken and written German and good spoken and written English skills.
  • Proficiency in industry tools such as Kustomer, GSuite, and Jira.
  • Confidence in communicating with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills and some experience in customer service within the finance industry and startups.
