Tide, a business management platform for small businesses, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist with German. This role involves providing support to German-speaking customers, identifying areas for improvement, and tackling banking challenges. The ideal candidate will possess excellent German and English skills, proficiency in industry tools, and a passion for solving customer problems. They should also have strong organizational skills and experience in customer service, preferably in the finance industry or startups.
