Job Description

Tide is seeking a skilled Email Developer to enhance member experiences through personalized email communications. The Email Developer will work with the CRM team to develop and maintain email creatives and templates. They will be the subject matter expert for email template builds and amendments, ensuring accessibility requirements are met. The role involves delivering cross-client/device compatible code, including dark mode and deep linking capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Visual Designers and CRM colleagues.
  • Create modular email templates and a code library.
  • Ensure best practice accessibility requirements.
  • Deliver code compatible across email clients and devices.
  • Conduct coding, bug checks, and testing.
  • Follow industry best practice guidelines.
  • Utilize MarTech stack, particularly Movable Ink.
  • Support the team in identifying training needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of Email Development/Design experience.
  • Understanding of mobile-responsive Email coding (HTML and CSS).
  • Ability to create standardized/modular templates.
  • Knowledge of Email compliance regulations.
  • Good time management skills.
