Job Description
Tide is seeking a proactive and experienced Financial Intelligence Unit Manager to build and manage their intelligence capabilities. The role requires a strong understanding of the UK National Intelligence Model and experience in handling intelligence within financial services.The FIU Manager will be responsible for:
  • Building and managing the FIU Team, hiring the right people
  • Establishing Tide’s fincrime intelligence capabilities
  • Collaborating with the Proactive Investigations Team
  • Staying current on fraud/financial crime trends
  • Developing and implementing new policies and procedures
  • Being a strong Leader, setting the standards while supporting others
  • Using intelligence insights to identify potential control environment improvements
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Minimum of 6 years experience working with Fincrime Intelligence
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills
  • Expert knowledge of the National Intelligence Model, Fincrime and Fraud typologies, regulations, and compliance
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
