Tide is seeking a detail-oriented KYC Analyst to join their team in Bulgaria. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with KYC principles and processes, contributing to the company's mission of empowering small businesses. This is not a call center environment, and the role involves communication with applicants via email.
Role Responsibilities:
Communicate with applicants via email (non-call center environment)
Review and verify member data and documentation as part of the company’s CDD and EDD processes
Liaise with internal compliance personnel on the shaping and application of KYC policy
Identify areas of improvement that improve efficiency and member experience
Lend a hand whenever it may be needed in the business
Be expected to work weekends, not every but some (rotation)
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English skills
Natural curiosity about KYC principles and processes
Preferably experience working in KYC/compliance and a strong understanding of CDD and EDD processes
Professional work experience, preferably in financial services though gaming would also be highly advantageous
Previous client service experience or dealing with third party suppliers/partners
An analytical mind – able to digest large data sets and spot patterns and trends with ease
Good computer literacy
