Job Description

Tide is seeking a KYC Analyst with German language skills to join their team in Bulgaria. Tide is a business management platform for small businesses, offering business accounts and administrative solutions. The company has over 1 million users and offices in multiple countries.

The KYC Analyst will be responsible for communicating with active members, reviewing member data, conducting account reviews, performing online research, assessing transaction activities, managing escalations, identifying process improvements, and assisting with ad-hoc projects.

Role involves:

  • Communicating with active members via chat and email
  • Reviewing and verifying member data and documentation
  • Conducting full account reviews on existing members
  • Performing in-depth online research on companies and entities
  • Reviewing and assessing transaction activities
  • Managing multiple types of escalations
  • Identifying areas of process improvements
  • Responding to queries from internal teams
  • Assisting with different Ad-Hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written German and English
  • Previous experience and knowledge of UK banking and AML regulations
  • Ability to use multiple internal and external platforms
  • Initiative and inquisitiveness about KYC principles
  • Analytical mind and ability to digest large data sets
  • Ability to carry out multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Keen eye for process improvements
  • Previous experience in KYC/compliance
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments
  • Ability to balance quality and productivity
