Tide is seeking a KYC Analyst with German language skills to join their team in Bulgaria. The KYC Analyst will be responsible for communicating with active members, reviewing and verifying member data, conducting account reviews, performing in-depth online research, reviewing transaction activities, managing escalations, identifying process improvements, responding to queries, and assisting with ad-hoc projects.

Role Involves:

  • Communicating with active members (chat and email)
  • Reviewing and verifying member data and documentation
  • Conducting full account reviews
  • Performing in-depth online research on companies and entities
  • Reviewing and assessing transaction activities
  • Managing multiple types of escalations
  • Identifying areas of process improvements
  • Responding to queries from internal teams
  • Assisting with different Ad-Hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken and written German language skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills
  • Previous experience and knowledge of UK banking and AML regulations
  • Ability to use and operate with multiple internal and external platforms
  • Initiative and inquisitiveness about KYC principles and processes
  • Analytical mind with the ability to digest large data sets
  • Ability to carry out multiple tasks and stay organized
  • Keen eye for process improvements
  • Previous experience working in KYC/compliance in a regulated environment
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments
  • Ability to balance quality and productivity
