Tide is seeking a Customer Service Specialist with French to join their team in Bulgaria. This role involves providing support to French-speaking businesses, helping them succeed by offering around-the-clock assistance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent French and English communication skills, a passion for solving customer problems, and proficiency in industry tools.
Role Involves:
Identifying and highlighting areas for improvement in customer support.
Managing priorities to ensure members receive the best support experience.
Addressing banking challenges such as unfamiliar transactions and missing payments.
Mentoring new team members and assisting with back-office tasks.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written French skills.
Good spoken and written English skills.
Proficiency in using industry tools such as Kustomer, GSuite, and Jira.
Confidence in communicating with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Some experience in customer service within the finance industry.
Some experience working in startups.
