Tide, a finance platform for small businesses, is seeking a SAR Review and Submission Analyst to join its Enforcement, Reporting and Recoveries Team. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety of Tide's members by reporting suspicious activities and disrupting criminals.He/she will be responsible for:
  • Collating information for reports to Law Enforcement Agencies and Regulators.
  • Using enforcement techniques to disrupt bad actors.
  • Identifying potential efficiencies in tools and processes.
  • Managing a caseload to meet performance targets.
  • Making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Establishing relationships with various departments.
  • Participating in training programs related to fraud/financial crime.
  • Treating Tide members fairly.
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a financial crime related role.
  • Experience specializing in AML/fraud investigations.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive and open-minded approach.
  • Problem solving attitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken French (C1 level and above).
