Tide is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially focused Senior CRM Marketing Associate to enhance their rapidly growing product areas. The ideal candidate will expand, drive, and optimize the existing communications program through increased personalization and automation.He/she will work closely with product, content, BI, and other marketing team members on a daily basis, you will have ownership of campaigns. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proven results against targets.
As a Senior CRM Marketing Associate, he/she will: - Build and optimize key cross-sell campaigns and customer journeys across marketing.
- Develop and deliver a CRM test-and-learn pipeline across multiple channels (in-app, web, email, SMS).
- Analyze campaigns, report on trends, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
- Use data to define, build, and maintain segments, including reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with the Engagement Marketing team and other cross-business stakeholders.
- Continuously seek optimizations and new engagement marketing opportunities.
Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end CRM retention marketing management
- Experience in developing and delivering CRM programs
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Hubspot, Braze) and understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience handling campaign data from various sources using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
- Experience in segmentation and targeting
- A/B and MVT testing experience
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Strong Excel skills and experience with business reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
- Hands-on, delivery-oriented, and results-driven approach
- Curious nature, good organizational skills, and attention to detail
