Tide is seeking a detail-oriented and commercially focused Senior CRM Marketing Executive to expand rapidly growing product areas. The successful candidate will inherit and expand an existing communications program, driving optimization through personalization and automation. They will work closely with product, content, BI, and other marketing team members to drive key metrics.
Responsibilities:
- Building and optimizing key cross-sell campaigns and customer journeys.
- Developing and delivering a CRM test-and-learn pipeline across multiple channels.
- Analyzing campaigns and reporting on trends and recommendations.
- Using data to define, build, and maintain segments.
- Collaborating with the Engagement Marketing team and other stakeholders.
- Continuously looking for optimizations and new engagement marketing opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end CRM retention marketing management.
- Experience developing and delivering CRM programs with proven results.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Hubspot, Braze) and understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience handling campaign data from various sources using BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Experience in segmentation and targeting.
- A/B and MVT testing experience.
- Solid communication and reporting skills.
- Good Excel skills and experience with business reporting tools.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Hands-on, delivery-oriented, and results-driven approach.
- Curious nature, good organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail.
