Tide is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join their Training function for the Member Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to shape and improve the entire training function at Tide. He/she will report to the Head of Training and will be responsible for standardising data management, enhancing training quality by sourcing vendors, and optimising processes within a fast-paced environment. The Senior Operations Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments and locations to drive operational excellence through performance management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Centralising training data into Tide’s Looker platform and create dashboards for monitoring and analysing the training team’s operational performance.
  • Establishing a centralised repository for training materials.
  • Managing vendor relationships for content integration and evaluate potential new vendors.
  • Mapping current training, admin, and content creation workflows, identifying gaps and opportunities.
  • Driving automation to reduce admin overhead and maximise training impact.
  • Collaborating between the training and member operations teams to implement improvements that enhance training delivery.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Management Consultant, Analyst, Operations Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Operations Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English; German and/or French is advantageous.
  • Experience with business analytics tools: Excel and SQL; and understand the importance of APIs.
  • Customer-focused and a team player.
  • Previous experience in an analytical role (consulting, banking, or professional services) is advantageous.
