Social Media Associate at Careers at Tide

Tide is seeking a Social Media Associate to join their team in Bulgaria. Tide is a business management platform providing business accounts and connected administrative solutions to over 1 million small businesses across the world. This is a 1-year contract to cover maternity leave.

The Social Media Associate will be responsible for providing customer support via social media and review channels, supporting root cause analysis, and creating educational content. The successful candidate will have excellent English skills, a good understanding of content creation, and experience handling queries via social media platforms.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing customer support on social media
• Investigating complex issues
• Creating small educational pieces of content

Requirements include:

• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Good understanding of content creation and community management
• Experience handling queries via social media platforms
• Good understanding of financial services terminology
• Experience with industry tools like Kustomer, GSuite, and Jira
