Tide is seeking a Senior Telesales Executive to focus on the UK market. The role involves building relationships with existing members, understanding their businesses, and upselling relevant products and services. The Senior Telesales Executive will work cross-functionally with other departments to stay informed about product launches and will accurately record interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes in CRM.
Role Involves:
Calling existing members to build rapport and understand their businesses.
Upselling relevant products and services to help members thrive.
Collaborating with other departments to understand upcoming product launches.
Working in a data-driven environment to reach team and individual targets.
Ensuring clear and effective communication tailored to UK customers.
Testing new leads/scripts to support team growth.
Recording interactions and sales outcomes accurately in CRM.
Recommending relevant products and services to prospective members.
Taking on ad-hoc tasks and projects to support other business areas.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, focused on the UK market, with minimum 2 years of current experience.
Previous financial services telesales experience is an advantage.
Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English (Versant B2 - 60< and C1).
Excellent telephone manner, strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Open to working flexible shifts to align with UK-based hours.
Knowledge of UK culture and consumer behavior is a plus.
Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic nature.
Self-motivation and conscientiousness.
Experience using Kustomer (or a similar CRM tool).
Willingness to take on new projects and get involved in team growth.
Some knowledge of Buyer Behaviour, Sales, and KYC.
Ability to collaborate in a team dynamic and work independently.
